Hi :)

Could you please allow decimal (0.10 seconds) to finetune the correct time using the Move Time option (CTRL-T) ?

Hi :)
Please note that no every subtitle format allows that. if you want to have ultimate control over speed - convert your file to one of the frame formats and then you can adjust subtitles up to one frame resolution.
