Work is being carried out to replace hardware and restore all software from backup tapes.
It's predicted that full operation will be resumed in next 2/3 days.

Most of the THOnline service is operational now (except creating new accounts and lost password reminders) - if you still can't connect - run update application of Tray Helper to make sure you have all the latest files.
