Seriously : another user find an error at line 8, so Lien, the error could be at every line ! Just start by the firsts (plurial) lines, hoping it's there and not anywhere else.
I had the same error, because there was a tabulation at the beginning of the first line of times :

I also use TM adjuster since long ago and am very pleased with it. I corrected numbers of subtitles with great efficiency ! The tools are a bit rustic (I'm looking for v3.2 since years) but they do the job
