I want to edit some subtitle files with Time Adjuster. Is it possible to magnify, minify, add or delete items? If so, I'll appreciate the one who gives information about how.

No - Time Adjuster is not designed to edit files - just to adjust and synchronize those.

I recommend to use any text editor for this purpose.
