I have downloaded numerous MS Agents from the Microsoft page, but Tray Helper seems to only show two default ones (Merlin, Robby). The downloaded other agents are in the correct folder with Merlin and Robby.
I have run the Tray Helper "Test" to make sure agents will run on my machine, and the result is positive.
Why don't my other agents show up in Tray Helper??

If you character was not added to list of system characters you have to wait for TH 5.0. This version will support custom character files.
