 Post subject: garbles time adjuster

hello. im using time adjuster with win 98 and it worked fine until one day when i activated it all the menus came out garbled jibrish..
im running in hebrew... does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
i trie uninstalling and re installing and its still garbled.. please help!
