I have tried sending mail and this is the error that is returned.

ERROR!

Unable to send this message!

Well - error report seem to say everyting in this case: your server does not permit sending messages. It could be due server settings or error in configuration. Mail your ISP and ask them if server accepts outgoing mail.

Stupid me,
My server does not requre authentication and I was trying to authenticate.
