The problem when you try to synchronize, and you see the text and click in the right window, the counter returns to zero and movie starts again; is due to some unknown codec that is installed, in my case I resolved it uninstalling the K-Lite codec pack and installing All-in-one codecs pack and FFDshow to improve Audio and Video, now TA is working fine. I hope it works for you too.
