After TA FAQ:

Q1. After clicking on "...point me that line using AVI player" button in synchronize dialog I get such message "Player is not responding! Let's go back to TimeAdjuster"

A1. This happens on some computers. There is a simple work around this problem.
First open explorer in the background and go to TimeAdjuster folder (usually C:\Program Files\TimeAdjuster). Then make all synchronization steps in TA and click on the button that is supposed to launch player. Then switch to explorer and launch file PLAYWND.EXE. You have to do it fast - before error message will appear.

I've already tried before writing the first message what you're telling
me to do. The program "PlayWnd.exe" is working, or at least until I
choose the video file with the "open file" button. At this point I get
the two error messages that I told you about. Also, the problem is just
with Xvid videos because it works with Divx. Maybe it's not a problem
with the Time Adjuster software, but with the codecs that I have
installed. Also I may not be doing correctly what the FAQ tells me to do.

If you know what's happening tell me, in any case thanks a lot.
