I receive a work schedule daily that is sent in a .doc attachment with a date filename with slashes (1/27/05, e.g.), which Macs have no problem with. With Tray Helper, I'm unable to view this or save the attachment, and I am unable to change the name and just save it as some PC-legit name. My email program allows me to do either.

Let me know if there's an existing solution, or please add it to your list 'o fixes for a future release. If helpful, I could forward you an email with such a filename from a Mac.

Hi could you open this message - then switch to "Plain text with headers mode", copy all the content of message, paste it at notepad or wordpad and send me this raw body of message as an attachment at: author [AT] trayhelper [dot] com.
