Hi,

checking my G(oogle)Mail account is very slow.
I tested my settings in Thunderbird an they work flawlessly and with appropriate speed.

I don't know if it's important to note that my account is ...@gmail.com and not ...@googlemail.com.

Maybe there is a problem with the collaboration of Tray Helper and G(oogle)Mail?

Any suggestions to speed up the account checking?

EDIT:

I figured out where the problem comes from:
Checking an email account with SSL is the reason for the slowdown.

There seems to be no solution in / for Tray Helper.

EDIT2:

This thread can be closed because the problem mustn't be fixed any more!
