 Post subject: the text is running away

I adjusted my srt so that the first text came correctly to the first line. But when the text is faster than the film, there´s nothing i can do about it running away from the remaining lines, faster and faster. Or?

the fps rate is different. You can change this in convert. But it doesn't work for me though...
