 Post subject: NEWBIE. PLEASE HELP

After installing the tray helper 5.2, when I click check mail an error message comes up saying "error connecting to my email address, last response from server ERR invalid user/password. why is this?

Hi there.

Error message:
"ERR invalid user/password."

means that POP3 (mail) server is not accepting your login and/or password. Please verify those settings in configuration of email accound.
